It's Showtime was co-founded by software developer & theatre director duo, Romain & Emma.

We love the London theatre world. But we got bored of trawling through different tabs to get a sense of everything going on in town. And so: Showtime was born!

All the information on our website is sourced from venue listings already in the public domain. We're acting as the chef, pulling together pre-existing ingredients.

In order to list out our information, we've been looking for ways to group theatres together for ease. So far, we've been guided by pre-existing theatre funding structures and groupings, such as the London Theatre Consortium (which appears on our list as "Independent Producing Venues").

We're aware that these venue distinctions may not speak to everyone, and we'll keep our systems under review.
